You made it! I am so happy you are here.
I have been in the world of holistic wellness for over 25 years. I originally began my career in TV, Film and Fashion after graduating from New York Film Academy. In the late 90’s I moved to Los Angeles and soon encountered a health crisis which took me down a holistic healing path and changed my life. I became a third generation Reiki Master in my family. I later studied Holistic Health at American College of Health Care Sciences, dove into Yoga Philosophy and Living Tantra at Himalayan Institute, received my Yoga Nidra Meditation Certification from Amrit Yoga Institute and followed my shadow to the Centre of Applied Jungian Studies. I also received my Health Coaching Certification from the world renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
I have been a writer all of my life with two published books of poetry and awards from the Library of Congress. My work has been published in several publications including, Women’s Spiritual Poetry, Rebelle Society, The Urban Howl and Mantra Wellness Magazine. In 2014 was thrilled to be a Yoga Ambassador in ORIGIN Magazine for Micheal Franti’s Soulshine Tour. In 2022 I published a digital release, Chakra Wellness: A Holistic Guide for Transformation.
I decided to create this online revolution and community to share all that is dear to my heart — Living Life Well! My passion has always been to support others on their journey and make the world a better place. Spiritual teacher Ram Dass shared that we are all walking each other home. Welcome home!
