Spring Renewal Meditation

Join us for our seasonal 21 day meditation series.

Spring is all about rebirth and renewal. For 21 days we will use an intentionally crafted Yoga Nidra Meditation to support our intentions of renewal in all areas of our life. We will begin on March 20th, the first day of Spring.

Anyone can do Yoga Nidra. It is a conscious sleep based meditation. Only one posture is required – laying down in a comfortable position supported by pillows and blankets.

This is a wonderful practice that supports your holistic health.
